I came into federal law enforcement from the white-collar world, and there was a lot I had to learn from a tactical and firearms perspective. During my academy, I often felt that I was behind the curve compared to my classmates with years of military and policing experience. As an instructor, Robert almost single-handedly brought me up to speed and helped me develop the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in a special agent role.
